Vegetarian compared to raw materials
There is a difference between vegetarian and raw food? A raw food adherents are vegetarian, but usually not cooked vegetables or fruit. A vegetarian is someone who just does not eat meat, fish or poultry, but only consumes vegetables, pasta and rice. A vegetarian can eat meatless spaghetti sauce or onion rings in a restaurant. (Not the healthiest choice, but it is sometimes difficult to find something to eat in a restaurant if you are a vegetarian -. even more difficult when you have a raw food proponents)
There are several types of vegetarians, vegans frugivorous, or and supporters of raw foods are a category of vegetarianism. We have not seen anything about sushi is considered a raw food, but it is. Raw food, but generally means eating raw fruit, fresh vegetables, nuts, seaweed, etc.
But a raw food purist raw broccoli, raw. For vegetarians, obliged to eat meat or fish or animal products, steamed vegetables are so good, if they all agree that the steam can extract nutrients from food, making them less nutritious. A vegetarian can eat consume dairy products or eggs, but vegans animal products at all.
Proponents of raw food vegan and eat only raw, unprocessed raw foods.
I believe the first trailer of the diet is that enzymes are the life force in food and that every food contains its own perfect mix. These enzymes help digest foods completely, without having to produce on our body own cocktail of digestive enzymes.
It is also believed that cooking destroys the vitamins and minerals and cooked foods not only take longer to digest, but also allow partially digested fats, proteins and carbohydrates in our gut and arteries to increase.
Followers of a raw diet cite numerous health benefits, including:
• Increase energy levels
• Improved skin appearance
• Improved digestion
• Weight Loss
• Reduce the risk of heart disease
